Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Treble 9 Plumbing and Heating ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide plumbing, heating, gas, and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs and installations

  • Gas engineering and installations

  • Boiler servicing and repairs

  • Bathroom and kitchen remodeling

  • Tiling

  • Renewable energy solutions

 

Specific service details will be outlined in the quotation or service agreement provided to the Client.

Quotations and Estimates

 

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Estimates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change upon further inspection.

  • Any additional work requested by the Client that is not included in the original quotation will be subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms
 

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or service agreement.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • A deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 50% per month.

Client Responsibilities
 

  • The Client shall provide access to the property at the agreed-upon times.

  • The Client shall ensure that the work area is clear and safe for our engineers.

  • The Client shall provide accurate information regarding the property and the services required.

  • The Client is responsible for any necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed.

Our Responsibilities

  • We shall perform the services with reasonable skill and care.

  • We shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • We shall provide qualified and insured engineers.

  • We provide a 12 month guarantee on all work performed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Our liability for direct loss or damage shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

  • We hold £2 Million public liability insurance.

Warranty and Guarantee

  • All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, unless otherwise stated.

  • The guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials.

  • The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

Data Protection

  • We shall comply with all applicable data protection laws.

  • We shall only use personal information for the purposes of providing our services.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our Website.
